What are good book recommendations to a teen who likes mystery/adventure fiction?

My favorite books I read this year were Millennium series (Girl with Dragon Tattoo, etc.) and the Lock Artist by Steve Hamilton. Are there similar books to those that are available on arbookfind.com? Every book I picked up since last week hasn't appealed to me (eg "Between a Rock and a Hard Place, We Beat the Streets). Any recommendations appreciated.
