Is it an antique? (penetrating oil can) *see details*?

It's an old can of graphite penetrating oil made for the military. 9150-00-598-7123 is called a National Stock Number (NSN), and that one has since been replaced by 9150-00-261-7899. It might be neat but it's probably not worth much.
