You got your money that's good, did you mail in the transfer of title to the DMV or did he tell you that he was going to take care of it. If your trusting him don't, get a paper trail going as fast as you can with DMV and the police let them know you sold that, car if anything comes up later like parking tickets bank robbery you have some C.Y.A.going for you.
