Blonde hair black roots black eyebrows HELP !!?

You can either go to the hair dresser and get your hair stripped, this will remove the colour you have in your hair. This isn't very good for your hair though. Failing that, you could die your whole hair blonde again, and get our eyebrows lightened to match better with your blonde hair or dye your hair brown, then when your hair can grow out. I would suggest going to an actual hairdresser for any of the above because they will know the best choice of action to take :)
