What music equipment do I need to make vocals sound electronic?

I'm more interested in what I can use without a computer but software is ok. I want to make sounds like Daft Punk and Snog's old song "Hey Christian God" (Don't like the song just the voice effects) Can that type of equipment be connected to a microphone so that I could use them live on stage instead of in front of a PC.
