the piercing is free, what you pay for is the earring. So whatever earrings you choose that's all you pay, but they have certain ones you choose from. I don't recommend using the cleaning solution they give you though. My ears got infected when i used it. Instead use orange dial soap and saline solution which is basically salt water to clean them. Soap once daily and the solution twice daily. Hope this helped!
