Is it strange going to comiccon alone?

I've never been to one, but I don't think it would be. Whether u dress up as anyone or just go there to see other people dressed up I don't think it would be awkward or anything like that. However, if u r supposed to dress up to go there and end up being the only one who didn't dress up, then I think it might be a tad awkward. However, you could counter people who wonder why u didn't dress up by saying "I am my own superhero" or "I am dressing up as a new character I made up" or something like that.
