Is this considered child abuse? Vv?

I was annoying my mom for food and she wouldn't give me any and he smacked me 3 times on my head and now I have a headache. She also threw a dog toy at me, that was a rope and a tennis ball all in one. She did that like 3 times. I don't know what to do she always yells at me and mimics me.
