some churches practice discipline & some don't...difficult to ascertain who is 'repeatedly' in sin and who isn't, so discipline causes many churches to split and become legalistic...many of your passages you're proof-texting and taking out of context to support a pre-conceived notion, which is typical for Biblically semi-literate people...read the entire passages in Koina Greek, then express a thoughtful position instead of pretending to provide support you know nothing about.
